Planning Your Tour

Whatever your interests, we work with you to design programs of high value with maximum independence. Special occasions such as family reunions, weddings, honeymoons or adventures in special areas are our business.

Initial Interview

You tell us the type of experience you are looking for and whether you have specific sites that you would like to include in your travels. Let us know when you would like to travel, and in what style (boutique hotels, 3 or 4 star hotels, 5 star deluxe properties). Our FAQ sheet may give you additional ideas.

Preparation of a draft itinerary and cost

Utilizing our extensive personal travel experience along with a worldwide network of trusted travel professionals, we will construct a draft itinerary. If you choose to proceed, we then require a deposit payment of $500 toward the cost of your tour and a completed reservation form.

Fine tuning

Once we have received your deposit, we will finalize your program and you will receive the details.

Pre-departure materials

We prepare a package of pre-departure materials for you, including everything from information on visas and vaccinations to what-to-bring lists, and additional background information about your destination.

Payment

Full payment for your program is due ninety days prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined by the number of days before departure and the total tour price with transportation and surcharges.
